Privacy Policy

Focus Race collects and processes only what we need to provide our service: account, profile, and gameplay data. We do not sell your data and we do not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

• Account identifiers (user ID, email when provided)
• Profile data (username, country, preferences, cosmetic selections)
• Gameplay data (focus sessions, distance, fuel, leaderboard position)
• Purchase history (fuel packs and Focus Race Pro subscriptions, via Apple In-App Purchase)
• Product interaction data (in-app events used for analytics and product improvement)
• Technical data (device type, app version, crash diagnostics)

• Operate and improve the app and website
• Maintain fair leaderboards and social features
• Process in-app purchases and subscription status
• Understand product usage through first-party analytics
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We use the following third-party services to run Focus Race. Each processes data on our behalf under their respective terms and privacy policies:

• Supabase: authentication, database, and account storage
• PostHog: first-party product analytics (not used for cross-app advertising or tracking)
• RevenueCat: in-app purchase and subscription management via Apple StoreKit
• Google Sign-In: optional sign-in method; Google processes authentication credentials according to Google's privacy policy

You can permanently delete your account from the app: open Settings → Delete Account. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data from our servers, including your profile, focus sessions, fuel balance, distance, and social connections.

Deleting your account does notcancel an active Focus Race Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple and must be cancelled separately in your device's App Store subscription settings.

If you owned a crew with other members, ownership transfers to the longest-tenured remaining member. If you were the sole member, the crew is dissolved.

We retain data for as long as your account is active or as required for our service and legal obligations. When you delete your account, personal data is removed from our production systems subject to standard backup retention windows.

Focus Race is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
